- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Perishable goods (such as dry fish or items requiring controlled storage) are not eligible for return unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
- Products purchased under discounts, clearance, or special offers are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Proof Requirement
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, leakage, wrong item, etc.) are required to process any return or refund request.
4. Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified, a refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund based on availability.
5. Return Shipping
